About recalculation of the amount of the insurance payments to victims of labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability and to members of their families

According to Article 37 and Item 10 of the Section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve conversion factor of the amounts of the monthly insurance payments to victims of labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability and to members of their families, since March 1, 2018 in the amount of 1,2.

2. For persons who have the right to payments as of January 1, 2018 and had the right to recalculation of the amounts of monthly insurance payments from March 1, 2008 till March 1, 2011, recalculation is performed since January 1, 2018 by determination of the amount of monthly insurance payment from the increased size of the salary with which as of March 1, 2017 the amounts of insurance payments were calculated.

The amount of increase constitutes:

1281, hryvnias - for persons having the right to recalculation since March 1, 2008, on March 1, 2009, on March 1, 2010, on March 1, 2011;

826, hryvnias - for persons having the right to recalculation since March 1, 2009, on March 1, 2010, on March 1, 2011;

727, hryvnias - for persons having the right to recalculation since March 1, 2010, on March 1, 2011;

393, hryvnias - for persons having the right to recalculation since March 1, 2011.

3. When carrying out recalculation since March 1, 2018 to establish the new amount of monthly insurance payment to victims of labor accidents and occupational diseases in case of which the size of the amounts of monthly insurance payments after the carried-out recalculation is less than the size of minimum wage in terms of 100 percent of disability proceeding from the size of the minimum wage established by the law for January 1, 2017 taking into account extent of disability.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
