To committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve other organization-legal issues of public institution Tochikfilm, film studios Tadzhikfilm and the state unitary enterprise of cinema and video "Tochikkino".

7. To the Ministries of economic development and trade and finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform planning and prediscretion in forecast indicators it is social - economic development of the republic for 2019 and the next years of allocation of money for development and implementation of state programs on preserving and development of national cinematography.

8. Exclude paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of the List of the organizations of system of the Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006, No. 610 "About Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
