3. To the ministry of macroeconomic and statistics, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of external commercial relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve the list of the consumer goods delivered through customs border of Uzbekistan in a month, having excluded at the same time goods and semifinished products for technological needs.
4. Establish procedure in case of which on all import consumer goods realized by individual entrepreneurs without formation of legal entity in malls the documents confirming the fact of import of goods by them on the territory of the republic and their customs clearance, certificates of conformity, customs payment and the fixed tax shall be shown.
In the absence of the documents stated above import Consumer goods are withdrawn in accordance with the established procedure.
