Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that subject of business activity which addresses State Tax Administration (inspection) with the application to provide permission to receipt of alcohol of the excise duty, ethyl with payment, in the amount of 0, of 02 ECU for 1 liter of 100 percent alcohol, shall have the corresponding license of Committee on the medical and microbiological industry which confirms that this subject is really producer of medicines, and also amount and the purpose use of alcohol ethyl.
The subject of business activity sends the similar letter also to Ukrspirt concern for the purpose of receipt of job specifications on alcohol ethyl for its use in production of medicines.
2. To the state committee on the medical and microbiological industry together with State Tax Administration and Ukrspirt concern to carry out reconciliation of amount of the received alcohol used on production of medicines.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine of Beloblotsky N. P.
