1. Approve:

The regulations on conditions and procedure for implementation of the state social order in the field of holding preventive actions for the prevention of spread of socially dangerous diseases, human immunodeficiency virus (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on accomplishment of the state social order in the field of holding preventive actions for the prevention of spread of socially dangerous diseases, human immunodeficiency virus (are applied).

2. Establish:

standard form of the service provision agreement within accomplishment of the state social order in the field of holding preventive actions for the prevention of spread of socially dangerous diseases, human immunodeficiency virus according to appendix 1;

standard form of the contract for project implementation within accomplishment of the state social order in the field of holding preventive actions for the prevention of spread of socially dangerous diseases, human immunodeficiency virus according to appendix 2.

3. To the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 19, 2018.
