1. Establish allowances for academic degree to official pay rates of the persons occupied in scientific and scientific and pedagogical field of activity and having academic degree in the following size:

1.1. to the persons having doctor's degree, and occupied in National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and also at the scientific, research companies and in the organizations of other state bodies, - the 50th manat (directly busy in the specialty - the 100th manat), to persons having academic degree of the doctor of philosophy (candidate of science) - the 30th manat (directly busy in the specialty - the 60th manat);

1.2. to persons occupied at other companies and in the organizations financed from the government budget (except executive bodies), directly in the specialty:

1.2.1. for academic degree of the doctor of sciences - the 80th manat;

1.2.2. for academic degree of the doctor of philosophy - the 40th manat.

2. To establish the allowance size for academic status to official pay rate of the persons occupied in scientific and scientific and pedagogical field of activity and having academic status (the associate professor or professor) in the amount of, No. 98 provided in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 27, 2010 "About establishment of the size of allowances for academic degrees and academic statuses to official pay rate of research and educational personnel, busy in the public and local government offices of education".

3. Determine that:

3.1. the allowances specified in parts 1 and 2 of this resolution do not constitute official pay rate, however in all cases, stipulated by the legislation, are considered in case of calculation of average monthly earnings;

3.2. allowances for the academic degree and academic status established to monthly official pay rate of the workers occupied at the companies and in the organizations financed from the government budget are paid for the account of the appropriate means provided in expenses of the government budget for these companies and the organizations

4. Allowances are paid for academic degree and academic status in 100 percent amount if the worker works for complete rate, and of 50 percent from the provided amount - during the work part time.

5. At the companies and in the organizations functioning on the basis of self-financing, the size of these allowances and procedure for their payment is determined by conditions of the collective agreement.

6. Regarding 2 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 25, 2013 No. 263 "About monthly official pay rates of the workers occupied in a number of the organizations financed from the government budget" (The collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 9, Article 1138; 2014, No. 7, Article 916, No. 8, Article 1016, No. 10, Article 1325; 2015, No. 3, Article 335, No. 6, Article 775; 2016, No. 2 (II book), Article 393, No. 3, Article 626, No. 11, Article 1976; No. 4, Article 645) figures "76" and "36" to replace 2017, respectively with figures "80" and "40".

7. Part 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 31, 1992 No. 718 "About official pay rates and the tariff charges of the workers occupied in a number of the organizations and the organizations financed from the government budget" and the Resolution of April 19, 1994 with No. 155 "About determination of allowances to official pay rate for academic degree" (except for 3) to cancel parts.
