About approval of the interest rate used for determination of the amount of obligatory annual payment
In compliance with Art. 10 of the Law No. 575-XV "About guaranteeing deposits of physical persons in bank system" of 26.12.2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 30-34, the Art. 169), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system DECIDES:
1. Establish interest rate of obligatory payment for 2018 in the amount of 0, of % of total amount garantiro-the bathing deposits registered in balance of each licensed bank as of September 30, 2017.
2. Licensed banks will make necessary calculations, proceeding from the total amount of the guaranteed deposits registered in their balance as of September 30, 2017 and will make obligatory annual payment no later than December 31, 2017.
