About additional measures for further streamlining of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of providing timely customs clearance of the goods moved through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with introduction since January 1, 2018 with the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2017 No. PP-3448 of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the version of 2017 developed based on updated Harmonized commodity description and coding system, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the Inventory which classification codes changed in connection with introduction of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the version of 2017 (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the version of 2017), according to appendix.
2. Grant the right to the Ministry of investments and investments and foreign trade and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, if necessary, to issue the joint conclusions on classification of goods by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the version of 2017, and also to make changes and additions to the Inventory, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, by execution of the relevant protocol.
3. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of customs clearance of the goods moved through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan, application of measures of economic policy, including customs privileges to perform taking into account provisions of this resolution.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 5, 2012 No. 342 "About additional measures for further streamlining of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2012 No. 50, Art. 557).
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding of N S. Otazhonov, the Foreign Trade Minister Zh. A Hodzhayev and the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. V. Tokhiry.
