GUOBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, TsSN BDD Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, to Ministers of Internal Affairs on the republics, chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Russia for other subjects of the Russian Federation to organize studying and to provide fulfillment of requirements of the Administrative regulations approved by this order.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister police colonel general A. V. Gorovy.
