About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of internal combustion engines
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning separate types of the internal combustion engines classified by code 8408 20 990 4 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 inclusive.
2. In the note 13C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) the words "from 01.09.2017 till 30.09.2017 inclusive" shall be replaced with words "from 01.10.2017 till 30.09.2018 inclusive".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2017.
