2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on procedure for voluntary approval by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union with the Eurasian economic commission of specific subsidies concerning manufactured goods and conducting by the Eurasian economic commission the trials connected with provision by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of specific subsidies of May 26, 2017, but not earlier than after 10 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.

Procedure for filling of the application form about approval of specific subsidy

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure is developed according to Item 3 of article 5 of the Agreement on procedure for voluntary approval by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union with the Eurasian economic commission of specific subsidies concerning manufactured goods and conducting by the Eurasian economic commission the trials connected with provision by the states by members of the Eurasian Economic Union of specific subsidies of May 26, 2017 (further - the Agreement) and determines rules of filling of the application form about approval of specific subsidy (further - the application form).

2. This Procedure is developed for the purpose of ensuring uniform filling of the application form.

3. The concepts used in this Procedure are applied in the values established by the Agreement and the Protocol on single rules of provision of industrial subsidies (appendix No. 28 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).

4. The application form is filled in with authorized bodies of the states of members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) with use of technical means of information input.

5. The application form is filled in in Russian.

Copies of acts (drafts of acts), stipulated in Item 16th application forms, and also copies of documents and documents which submission is provided according to this Procedure are represented to the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Commission) in Russian. Transfer into Russian is applied to the documents constituted in state language of state member.

6. The application form is submitted by authorized body of state member in the Commission on paper or in the form of the electronic document in the PDF format (with appendix of the cover letter to the Commission) to the e-mail address: .

7. If in the application form there is not enough place for specifying of necessary data, such data are drawn up by the stand-alone program (in a free form). At the same time in the corresponding Item of the application form the record "according to appendix №" is made. If several appendices are drawn up, they are numbered consistently in ascending order.

II. Rules of filling of the application form

8. The application form is filled in in the following procedure.

10. In Item 6 the name of the subsidizing body of the state member (authorized state member of structure) responsible for realization of specific subsidy is specified.

Item 7 is filled by chosing one of the offered options by means of putting down of the sign "x" in the field located opposite to the corresponding answer option proceeding from the fact that financial assistance is understood in the value determined according to the subitem "a" of Item 3 of article 93 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, and other assistance is understood in the value determined according to the subitem "b" of Item 3 of article 93 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.

12. Items 8 - 12 are filled by the choice of one of the offered options by means of putting down of the sign "x" in the field located opposite to the corresponding answer option.

13. In Item 13 the name, acceptance date and number of the act (the name of the draft of the act) providing specific subsidy and also the name and acceptance date of the program of subsidizing are specified (in the presence).

14. In Item 14 the name, acceptance date and number of the act (the name of the draft of the act) of executive body of the state member adopted (adopted) for the purpose of realization act providing specific subsidy are specified.

In case of lack of the specified acts (drafts of acts) Item 14 is not filled.
