This Procedure is developed according to Item 2 of Article 431 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Customs code) and determines rules of forming and maintaining the general register of Authorized Economic Operators of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the general register).
2. Forming and maintaining the general register are performed by the Euroasian economic commission (further - the Commission) in electronic form based on data from registers of Authorized Economic Operators of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - the register of state members, state members) which maintaining is performed in the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of December 19, 2017 №186 "About form of the register of Authorized Economic Operators of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union".
The general register is part of general information resources of the Commission.
3. Forming and maintaining the general register include obtaining, systematization, updating and storage of data from registers of state members.
4. The general register joins the data from registers of state members having the mark "PS" (the public data).
5. Submission of data to the Commission from registers of state members for forming of the general register is performed by the state bodies of state members authorized in the field of customs affairs (further - authorized bodies of state members).
6. The authorized body of state member represents to the Commission of the data, specified in item 4 of this Procedure, in the following cases:
a) entry into force of the certificate on inclusion of the legal entity in the register of state member - data are specified the date of entry into force of the certificate;
b) suspension of action of the certificate on inclusion of the legal entity in the register of state member of the data - are represented no later than 5 working days from the date of suspension of action of the certificate;
c) renewal of action of the certificate on inclusion of the legal entity in the register of state member - data are represented no later than 5 working days from the date of renewal of action of the certificate;
