1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Documents Acceptance on Tender on Placement of the State Educational Order on Training with Technical, Professional and Postsecondary Education".

2. To department of technical and professional education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ospanova N. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aymagambetov A. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Documents Acceptance on Tender on Placement of the State Educational Order on Training with Technical, Professional and Postsecondary Education"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Documents Acceptance on Tender on Placement of the State Educational Order on Training with Technical, Professional and Postsecondary Education" (further - the state service) is rendered to the organizations of technical and professional education according to the standard of the state service "Documents Acceptance on Tender on Placement of the State Educational Order on Training with Technical, Professional and Postsecondary Education" approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 7, 2017 No. 397 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15740) (further - the Standard).

6. Contents of the procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration:

1) procedures 1 and 2 - the office of the service provider performs documents acceptance and registration of a statement and sends to the head of responsible structural division of the service provider who considers documents and determines the executive in charge within 1 (one) working day;

2) the procedure 3 - the executive in charge of the service provider considers documents and prepares the notification, or the motivated answer on refusal in rendering the state service within 6 (six) working days;

3) the procedure 4 - the head of the service provider signs the notification or the motivated answer on refusal in rendering the state service within 1 (one) working day;

4) the procedure 5 - the office of the service provider sends to the State corporation the notification or the motivated answer on refusal in rendering the state service within 1 (one) working day.

7. Is result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service:

1) the entering number of office of the service provider;

2) the Document package checked and sent by the head to the contractor;

3) the result of the state service prepared by the contractor;

4) the result of the state service which is drawn up and signed by the head of the service provider.

Chapter 3. The description of order of interaction of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

8. In the course of rendering the state service participate:

1) the employee of the State corporation responsible for acceptance of the Document package from uslugopoluchatel;

2) office of the service provider;

3) head of responsible structural division of the service provider;

4) executive in charge of the service provider.

9. Description of the sequence of procedures (actions):

1) the employee of the State corporation performs acceptance of the Document package and sends the Document package to the service provider within 1 (one) working day;
