No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. Approve Regulations about requirements to heads, according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the Regulations about requirements to heads of bank approved by the Resolution of Administrative committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 134 of July 1, 2010. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 91-94, 619), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. Statements and documents on approval/appointment of heads submitted to National Bank of Moldova and not solved about day of entry into force of this resolution are considered and decide according to provisions of the regulations specified in appendix of this resolution. For this purpose banks will submit necessary documents for amendment of unresolved statements and documents according to requirements of the regulations specified in this resolution, except for the document, specified in Item 37, the subitem 4), regulations. Consideration of the applications will be suspended before representation of complete document package.

Regulations about requirements to heads

Chapter I. General provisions

1. The regulations about requirements to heads (further - regulations) establish criteria of compliance, assessment condition, necessary documents and approval procedure or appointments of persons to position of the head, the obligation according to the notification.

2. The determinations and concepts used in these regulations have values of the determinations and concepts used in the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21 1995, the Law on approval of the List of the directions of professional training and specialties on training in higher educational institutions, No. 142-XVI cycle I of July 7, 2005 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 101-103, the Art. 476), Instructions about procedure for creation and submission by banks of the report on the cash statistics approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 255 of November 17, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 206-215, the Art. 1833).

3. Provisions of these regulations are applied to the following heads:

1) to heads of bank:

a) to members of council of bank;

b) to members of audit committee of bank;
