1. Approve the enclosed Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and condition of establishment by the worker of length-of-service allowance.

2. To provide to department of financial provision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Isenov B. Sh.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order within ten calendar days from the date of its state registration in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the police major general Bisenkulov B. B. and the Department of personnel work (Abdigaliyev A. U.)

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and condition of establishment by the worker of length-of-service allowance

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and conditions of establishment by the worker of length-of-service allowance (further - Rules) regulate procedure and conditions of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - workers) and establishments by the worker of length-of-service allowance.

2. Length of service in the specialty and length of service, set off according to these rules, are considered in calendar calculation.

3. To workers who during calendar month had right to increase in official pay rate calculation of official pay rate taking into account years of service is performed from the date of emergence of such right.

Chapter 2. Calculation of length of service as civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2) services in special state bodies, except persons, dismissed from service for negative motives;
