2. This order is not applied to purchases of goods for ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the sphere of purchases before entry into force of this order.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2018.

2. Contract price

2.1. The price of the Contract and payment currency are established in Russian rubles.
