About Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve provision, structure of central office, the scheme of management and the list of the organizations of system of Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2, 3, 4).
2. Establish the extreme number of staff of Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 2207 units, including the number of staff of central office of committee in number of 195 units, 6 generals, 171 officers, ensigns and sergeants, 18 workers and employees, and also the number of employees of the organizations of system of committee in number of 907 officers, ensigns and sergeants, 899 sergeants and regular soldiers, 395 workers and employees.
3. To committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to permit to have 3 vice-chairmen of Committee, including the first deputy and 2 deputies, and also board as a part of 7 people.
