About collection of ecological payments from automotive vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of entrance on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. To determine collection of ecological payments from automotive vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of entrance on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan in the following sizes:

- motorcycles - 62 somoni;

- cars - 124 somoni;

- minibuses - 250 somoni;

- cargo vehicles and buses - 300 somoni.

2. To assign collection of ecological payments from automotive vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of entrance on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan to Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. The raised funds due to ecological payments from automotive vehicles of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer into the government budget.
