About forming and storage of required reserves

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 25, 26 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", according to the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of procedure for forming of required reserves in compliance with requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine solved:

1. Establish:

1) the 11th is the first day of the period of deduction of required reserves, and the 10th day of the next month is the last day of the period of deduction of required reserves;

The period of determination of reserve base precedes 2) the period of deduction of required reserves;

Banks of Ukraine reserve 3) and store means of required reserves on the correspondent account of bank opened in the National Bank of Ukraine.

2. Banks perform forming of required reserves according to such standard rates of obligatory reservation:

1) means of deposits (deposits) of legal entities and physical persons in national and foreign currency on demand and means on current accounts - 6,5;

2) urgent means and deposits (deposits) of legal entities and physical persons in national and foreign currencies - 3,0.

3. Banks perfrom calculation of the obligations which are subject to obligatory reservation in the amount of the established standard rates of reservation on the raised funds which are considered on the following accounts of financial accounting:

4. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014 No. 820 "About change of procedure for forming and storage of required reserves";

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 155 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014 No. 820";

3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 29, 2015 No. 749 "About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014 No. 820";

4) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 17, 2015 No. 893 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014 No. 820";

5) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 17, 2016 No. 170 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014 No. 820".

5. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this decision to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

6. To department of information technologies (Nagornyuk V. V.) till December 15, 2017 to make changes to the software on creation by banks of the statistical reporting under form No. 381 "The certificate of the raised funds and their remaining balance on correspondent account" of appendix 1 to Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented to the National Bank of Ukraine, the approved resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 01, 2016 to No. 129 (with changes).
