- represent to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually till December 15 the report on results of realization of this Strategy.

Strategy is developed on the basis of the general analysis of the current situation in school food and determines the purposes, tasks, the main directions of further development of system of school food, the main stages of realization, the planned results and indicators, and also procedure for the organization of monitoring and assessment of achievement of the planned results.
