a) cultivation of vegetables (code 01.13. 1) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

b) retail trade by alcoholic beverages, including beer, in specialized shops (code 47.25.1) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

c) retail trade by tobacco products in specialized shops (code 47.26) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

d) retail trade by medicines in specialized shops (drugstores) (code 47.73) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) retail trade in non-stationary shopping facilities and in the markets (code 47.8) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) other retail trade out of shops, tents, the markets (code 47.99) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

g) activities of other land passenger carriage (code 49.3) - in the amount of 28 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

h) activities of road load carrying transport (code 49.41) - in the amount of 28 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

i) activities in the field of sport other (code 93.19) - in the amount of 25 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities.

Determine that the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution extends on the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of Stavropol Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, the Astrakhan region, the Volgograd region, the Voronezh region, the Lipetsk region, the Moscow region, the Rostov region and the Saratov region.

3. To the business entities specified in Item 1 of this resolution till January 1, 2018 to bring the number of the used foreign workers into accord with this resolution, being guided by requirements of the labor law of the Russian Federation.
