About the Main directions of implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union till 2025
Having taken into consideration information of the Euroasian economic commission on the course of implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union till 2025, the Supreme Eurasian economic council decided:
1. Approve the enclosed Main directions of implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union till 2025 (further – the Main directions).
2. To provide to the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union together with the Euroasian economic commission study of initiatives according to priorities according to appendix to the Main directions and by its results to provide the relevant information at the regular meeting of the Supreme Eurasian economic council.
3. Eurasian economic commission:
provide coordination of sales activity of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union;
develop and submit for review by the Eurasian intergovernmental council the project of procedure for study of initiatives and mechanisms of projects implementation within the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union.

These Main directions are developed according to the Statement of heads of states – members of the Eurasian Economic Union about the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union of December 26, 2016 and the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of December 26, 2016 №21 "About forming of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union" for the purpose of further development of economic integration of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state members, the Union) in conditions when the world economy is at stage of deep structural transformations irazvitiya of digital economy when there is digital transformation of everyday life, business environment and public administration.
These Main directions are the medium-term document and determine the purposes, the principles, tasks, the directions and mechanisms of cooperation of state members concerning implementation of the digital agenda of the Union till 2025 (further – the digital agenda), according to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (further – the Agreement).
These Main directions are implemented taking into account need of harmonization of legal regulation within the Union, including taking into account:
national interests of each of state members, level of their economic development, level of development of the national markets, technological features and condition of digital infrastructure;
features of regulation of sectors and industries of economy within the digital agenda, and also specifics of industries of economy;
obligations of state members within international treaties, including obligations assumed according to international treaties with the third countries.
