Some questions of payment of grants in the state and utility educational institutions, scientific institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1047 "About the sizes of grants in the state and utility educational institutions, scientific institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 149, No. 12, the Art. 341) changes which are applied.

2. Determine that since November 1, 2017 grants in the sizes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1047, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution are appointed and paid in the expense limits on scholarship providing approved in estimates of the relevant organizations of education for 2017.

3. To the ministry of social policy to provide money transfer to the state higher educational institutions I-IV of level of accreditation, scientific institutions for payment of social grants to students, the cadets of not military higher educational institutions studying in day form according to the state order in the sizes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1047, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution, in full.

4. To the central executive bodies, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to take measures for providing with general education, professional, higher educational institutions and scientific institutions which belong to the sphere of their management, fulfillment of requirements of this resolution for the account and within the expenses approved in accordance with the established procedure provided on scholarship providing in estimates of such organizations.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since November 1, 2017.

1. Size of the minimum ordinary (regular) academic grant:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 490 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level except students on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established, - 980 hryvnias for month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established - 1250 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level except students on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established, - 1300 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level on specialties (specializations) for which the academic grants in the increased size are established - 1660 hryvnias for month.

2. The size of social grant for pupils of professional educational institutions, students of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions from among the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number and also pupils, students who during training aged from 18 up to 23 years were left without parents:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 1180 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions - 2360 hryvnias a month.

3. The size of social grant for persons having the right to purpose of social grants based on regulatory legal acts which establish the state privileges and guarantees for separate categories (except 2 these sizes specified in Item):

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 450 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 890 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level - 1180 hryvnias a month.

4. Size of the academic grant of the President of Ukraine:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 1420 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 2130 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level - 2720 hryvnias a month.

5. The size of the personalized and academic grants founded by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

for pupils of professional educational institutions - 1180 hryvnias a month;

for students of the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation studying on educational qualification "junior specialist" or "bachelor" level - 1900 hryvnias a month;

for students of higher educational institutions III-IV of level of accreditation, the scientific institutions studying on educational qualification "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" level - 2480 hryvnias a month.
