1. These rules determine according to Item 6 of Article 31 and Item 2 of article 34 of the Federal law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" (further hereinafter is referred to as - the Law) procedure for expenditure of funds for actions for deportation or administrative expulsion of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship out of limits of the Russian Federation due to the lack, loss or the termination of legal causes for their further stay (residence) in the Russian Federation if establishment of inviting party is impossible.
2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:
"deportation" - forced expulsion of the foreign citizen (stateless person) from the Russian Federation in case of loss or the termination of legal causes for its further stay (residence) in the Russian Federation;
