Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 guardianship (Minobrazovaniye) "The report on identification and the device of orphan children and children without parental support, and some questions of protection of the rights of children and teenagers" and to enact them starting with the report for 2017.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to the structural divisions of city, district executive committees, local administrations of areas in the city of Minsk performing state powers of authority in education.
