About some questions of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Rename:
1) republican public institution "The State Control Committee in the field of communication, informatization and mass media of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in republican public institution "Committee of telecommunications of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of the State Control Committee in the field of communication, informatization and mass media of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
