4. Purpose, tasks and TB functions

4.1. The purpose of activities of TB is improvement of the state of health of the population by the organization of the stationary medical and sanitary help.

4.2. Tasks of TB are:

- rendering the specialized medical and sanitary help in stationary conditions;

- implementation of provision of medicines of patients in case of hospitalization;

- safety and improvement of quality of the medical and sanitary help;

- implementation of National and State programs in the field of health care.

4.3. According to tasks of TB performs the following main functions:

- rendering the emergency stationary help;

- rendering the planned stationary help;
