About confirmation of purpose of imported goods
Based on the note 5 to the single Commodity nomenclature of the foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that goods which names contain the reference to the note 5 to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union belong to goods in the field of mechanical engineering and metallurgy and to goods in the field of the aviation industry concerning which the Industry ministry and the Ministry of Transport and Communications respectively issue confirmation of purpose of imported goods, classified by codes of this Commodity nomenclature according to appendix.
2. Authorize regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom on issue of confirmation of purpose of imported goods in other spheres of the industry concerning goods which names contain the reference to the note 5 to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, classified by codes of this Commodity nomenclature, excellent from specified in appendix to this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for issue of confirmation of purpose of imported goods.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022 No. 175
