About approval of Standard agreements of electric utility service
According to the subitem 5) Article 5 and Item 1-1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve:
1) the Standard agreement of electric utility service for residential customers according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the Standard agreement of electric utility service for the consumers using electrical energy not for domestic needs according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) the Standard agreement of electric utility service for the legal entities financed from the government budget according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. Recognize some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, voided according to appendix 4 to this order.
3. To provide to department of power industry and coal industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;
4) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

3) the device of commercial accounting - the technical device intended for commercial accounting of electric power, electrical energy, allowed for use according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) system of commercial accounting of electrical energy - set of devices of commercial accounting for determination of expense of electrical energy and capacity (the counter of electrical energy, measuring transformers of current and tension) and the device (the switching device) connected among themselves according to the established scheme;
