About approval of the Regulations on the mechanism of identification of the organization as specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources

According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 26, 2017 "About the Program of measures for further development of renewable power, increase in energy efficiency in industries of economy and the social sphere for 2017 - 2021", for the purpose of ensuring single approach in application of the tax legislation on the provided privileges, implementations of the mechanism of identification of the organizations specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources and also to reference of their products to category of installations on energy production from renewable sources the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3012:

1. Take into consideration that according to the paragraph third Item 5 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 2015 No. PP-2343 "About the Program of measures for reducing power consumption, implementation of energy-saving technologies in industries of economy and the social sphere for 2015 - 2019" the companies and the organizations specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources for a period of 5 years from the date of their state registration are exempted from all taxes, and also obligatory contributions to Republican road fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and off-budget fund of development of material and technical resources of educational and medical institutions under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Approve Regulations on the mechanism of identification of the organization as specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources according to appendix.

3. To provide to the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

rendering assistance to the organizations specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources in provision of tax benefits according to the Provision approved by this resolution;

forming of the single database of the organizations specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources to which tax benefits are applied.

4. To provide to national broadcasting company of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments lighting on regular basis of questions of implementation of technologies for renewable energy resources, increases in energy efficiency in industries of economy and the social sphere, importance of economical and careful use of fuel and energy resources.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz A. S. Sultanov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov and the CEO of the Uzstandart Agency A. U. Karimov.
