About registration at the place of residence of separate category of the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol

1. The citizens of the Russian Federation who were earlier passing military service in the deployed (being located) to March 18, 2014 on territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol military units of armed forces, military forming and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine in which the military service, in bodies of military management and military forming of the Republic of Crimea, and also service in the regional bodies of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine which were located till March 18, 2014 in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol and the members of their families registered as of March 18, 2014 at the place of residence according to numbers or addresses of the specified military units, military forming or bodies (further - citizens) having the right to be registered at the place of residence at the address of the military commissariat located in the territory of their residence is provided.

2. For registration at the place of residence citizens represent the following documents to territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation:

the statement for registration at the place of residence of the established form;

passport or other identity document of the citizen;

the reference confirming the citizen's attitude towards the category of citizens specified in Item 1 of this resolution, constituted in any form, certified by official stamp and issued by military commissariat.

3. To the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation:

perform accounting of citizens;

organize issue of the references specified in paragraph four of Item 2 of this resolution, in case of representation by citizens of originals of the documents confirming passing of military service by them in the deployed (being located) to March 18, 2014 on territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol military units of armed forces, military forming and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine in which the military service, in bodies of military management and military forming of the Republic of Crimea, and also service in the regional bodies of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine which were located till March 18, 2014 in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol is provided.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to organize registration at the place of residence of citizens taking into account the features established by this resolution.

5. This resolution is effective till December 31, 2019 inclusive.
