1. Determine that average cost of the permit for payment of monetary compensation instead of the permit to the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, referred to category 1, and children to whom the disability connected with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash is established is determined by the Ministry of social policy annually at the rate of 35 percent of the size of one subsistence minimum established by the law for January 1 of the corresponding year for persons which lost working capacity (with rounding up to one hryvnia).

2. Make change to Item 24 of the Procedure for provision of the annual monetary assistance for compensation of cost of permits to sanatorium organizations and institutions of rest, implementation of surcharges for the account of own means, payments of monetary compensation to the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 23, 2016 No. 854 "Some questions of sanatorium treatment and rest of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 94, of the Art. 3086), having excluded the word "annually".

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
