About approval of Regulations of work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To heads of independent structural divisions of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on legal statistics and special accounting, Institute of studying of problems of legality, law and order and advanced training of personnel of bodies of prosecutor's office under the Prosecutor General's Office of S. Eskarayev, prosecutor's offices of areas, the cities of Astana, Almaty, the Main Military Procuracy, the Main transport Prosecutor's Office to bring organizational and administrative acts on the supervised questions into accord with the approved Regulations.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix to this order.

4. Send the order to all structural divisions of the Prosecutor General's Office, prosecutors of areas, cities, areas and equated to them, to Committee on legal statistics and special accounting, Institute of the Prosecutor General's Office for execution and management in work.

10. Preparation of initiative information (service records) and reports to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed according to requirements of regulatory legal acts and orders of the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. These Regulations are the standard document for creation of regulations of Committee, Institute, prosecutor's offices of areas and equated to them. The separate standard Regulations are developed for prosecutor's offices of areas.

The job requirements with documents established by these Regulations extend to all staff and employees of bodies, departments and organizations of prosecutor's office.

2. Work planning of the Prosecutor General's Office

12. The Prosecutor General's Office performs the activities according to strategic, operational (annual), quarterly and special work plans.

13. The strategic plan - the document which is determining strategic directions, priorities, the purposes, tasks, indicators of results of activities of bodies of prosecutor's office and including the budget programs with the amounts of financing for planning period.

The strategic plan is developed each three years for the five-year period on the basis of strategic and program documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and affirms the order of the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

14. The structure and contents of the Strategic plan shall conform to requirements of Rules of development, realization, carrying out monitoring, assessment and control of the Strategic plan of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Forecast scheme of territorial and spatial development of the country, state programs, development programs of the territories, strategic plans of the state bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.03.2010 No. 931.
