Determination of their quantity, position assignment and dismissal are performed by the President of Ukraine on representation of the Chairman of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine.

The general structure of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine is constituted by divisions of agential and technical investigation, operating-technical, information and analytical, own safety, and also other divisions according to certain President of Ukraine the Organizational structure of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine.
2. For accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it by service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine territorial subdivisions within the approved total number, and also institution, the company, organization, the organization can be created.
