According to part two of Article 374 of the Customs code of Ukraine, we ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, to the subitem 18 of Item 4, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of strengthening of control when moving persons and vehicles through the state (customs) border of Ukraine and administrative border of the free economic zone Crimea in checkpoints of entrance departure and enhancement of information exchange between the Public fiscal service of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Order of interaction of information systems of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine on exchange of information, necessary for ensuring control when moving persons and vehicles through the state (customs) border of Ukraine and administrative border of the free economic zone Crimea which is applied.

2. To provide to the public fiscal service of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine from the date of entry into force of this order:

development of the software in connection therewith the order within six months;

project implementation on interaction of information systems at check points through frontier for automobile communication "New Yarilovichi" and "Cracovian" during 2017.

3. To provide to department of monitoring of databases and verification of payments of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Danilyuk A. A. and deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine of the Trojan of VA.

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure is developed for the purpose of strengthening of control of movement of persons and vehicles through the state (customs) border of Ukraine and enhancement of interaction of information systems of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine (further - State frontier service) on exchange of information, necessary for implementation of customs and border control behind movement of persons and vehicles at check points through the state (customs) border of Ukraine and administrative border of the free economic zone Crimea (further - SEZ "Crimea") in checkpoints of entrance departure, according to subitem 19-1.1.27 of Item 19-1.1 of Article 19-1, of subitem 191.2.3 of Item 191.2 of Article 191 and subitem 196.1.18 of Item 196.1 of article 196 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, part two of Article 374 and Item 15 parts two of Article 544 of the Customs code of Ukraine, Article 3 and Item 6 of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", the Laws of Ukraine "About border control", "About creation of the free economic zone Crimea and "about features of implementation of economic activity in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine", "About operational search activities", "About personal data protection", the subitem 37 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public fiscal service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2014 No. 236, Item 8 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 533.
