Regulations on composition of materials and results of the engineering researches which are subject to placement in the state information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution

1. This Provision determines composition of materials and results of the engineering researches executed for preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory, which are subject to placement in the state information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution (further - engineering researches).

2. The composition of materials and results of engineering researches join the actual data obtained during the course of performance engineering researches, which are basis of results of engineering researches, presented by the contractor on carrying out engineering researches in the form of reporting technical documentation on electronic and paper data carriers.

3. In the state information systems of ensuring town-planning activities the materials and results of engineering researches (in the amount provided by the program of engineering researches developed by the contractor) received during the course of performance the following types of engineering researches are placed:

a) engineering and geodetic researches;

b) engineering-geological researches;

c) engineering and hydrometeorological researches;

d) engineering-ecological researches.

4. In Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution the materials and results of engineering researches (in the amount provided by the program of engineering researches developed by the contractor) received during the course of performance the following types of engineering researches are placed:

a) engineering and hydrometeorological researches;

b) engineering-ecological researches.

Rules of representation of materials and results of the engineering researches which are subject to placement in the state information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution

1. These rules determine procedure for representation of materials and results of the engineering researches which are subject according to Regulations on composition of materials and results of the engineering researches which are subject to placement in the state information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 22, 2017 No. 485 "About composition of materials and results of the engineering researches which are subject to placement in information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution and also about form and procedure for their representation", to placement in information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution (further respectively - information systems, engineering researches).

2. The federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities irrespective of their form of business which are customers of works on accomplishment of engineering researches within 5 working days from the date of receipt of materials and results of engineering researches represent them to the copy to the federal executive body performing functions on management of state-owned property and rendering the state services in the field of hydrometeorology and areas, adjacent to it, and also in the field of monitoring of condition and environmental pollution, for placement in Single state fund of data on state of environment, its pollution.

2(1). The public authorities, local government bodies, physical persons and legal entities which provided accomplishment of the engineering researches necessary for preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory, the builder, person who received permission to use of the lands or the parcel of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property according to the Land code of the Russian Federation, for accomplishment of engineering researches, provided accomplishment of engineering researches for preparation of the project documentation of capital construction projects, in time no more than from the date of accomplishment of the specified engineering researches direct one month materials and results of engineering researches to the ensuring town-planning activities authorized on placement in the state information systems executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies of municipalities, in relation to which territories engineering researches are executed.

3. Materials and results of engineering researches are represented for placement in information systems on paper and electronic media in the format allowing to provide their placement in information systems.

4. Graphical materials and results of engineering researches are represented in the form of vector and (or) raster model.

5. Information in text form is provided in the DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, XLS, XLSX and ODF formats.

6. Information in raster model is provided in the TIFF, JPEG and PDF formats.

7. Information in vector model is provided in the exchange GML and SHP formats.

8. In case of impossibility of data presentation in the formats specified in Item 7 of these rules the exchange MIF/MID, DWG and SXF formats can be used (together with files of the description of RSC).

9. The represented space data shall have binding to system of coordinates.
