Some questions of carrying out certification of persons applying for revenues to public service, rather free ownership of state language

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

Bring in the Procedure for certification of persons applying for revenues to public service, rather free ownership of state language, No. 301 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2017 "About the organization of carrying out certification of persons applying for revenues to public service, rather free ownership of state language" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 38, the Art. 1208), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for certification of persons applying for revenues to public service, rather free ownership of state language

1. In Item 1 of the word "revenues to public service" shall be replaced with words "holding the post of public service".

2. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The participant of certification - person who applies for holding the post of public service and was registered for certification passing in accordance with the established procedure.

Authorized higher educational institution - higher educational institution which according to the license performs training of job seekers of the higher education in industry of knowledge "Public management and administration".

The certification session - the period during which the certifying commission of authorized higher educational institution determines the level of free ownership of state language of participants of certification and also makes the decision on certification to participants who successfully underwent certification, and to persons specified in Item 56 of this Procedure.".

1) the documents of the state sample on complete general secondary education issued till 2000 with assessment "5" for passing final examination in Ukrainian and/or Ukrainian and literature;

2) the documents of the state sample on secondary education issued after 2000 with point about final state assessment on Ukrainian at least 10;

3) the diploma of the junior bachelor (junior specialist), the bachelor, the master (specialist) with the corresponding appendix with assessment "perfectly" for studying of Ukrainian and/or business Ukrainian, Ukrainian in the professional direction;

4) bachelor's degree, master (specialist) in specialties Russian and literature; Ukrainian and literature and foreign language; on specialization "Ukrainian and literature" specialties "Philology".

Person having one of the documents specified in this Item can file in authorized higher educational institution petition for issue of the certificate on a grant basis. Copies of the document on appropriate level of education and all necessary to it appendices shall be enclosed to the application. Production cost authorized higher educational starting the certificate compensates the specified person.".

6. In Item of the 57th figure and the word "10 calendar days from the date of certification passing (filing of application by persons)" to replace with figures and the words "10 working days from acceptance date certifying commission of the decision on certification".

7. Add Item 59 with the offer of the following content: "Production cost authorized higher educational starting the duplicate of the certificate compensates the specified person.".

8. Add the Procedure with Item of 61 following contents:

"61. Persons of authorized higher educational institutions responsible for the organization and carrying out certification guilty of violation of requirements of this Procedure bear responsibility according to the law.".
