About modification of the Regulations on implementation of the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation
According to article 8.1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Implementing the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on implementation of the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2006 No. 54 "About the state construction supervision in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 7, Art. 774; 2008, No. 8, Art. 744; 2009, No. 11, Art. 1304; 2011, No. 7, Art. 979; No. 18, Art. 2645; 2012, No. 7, Art. 864; 2013, No. 24, Art. 2999; No. 30, Art. 4119; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2421; 2016, No. 48, Art. 6764).
2. Determine that operation of this resolution does not extend to implementation of regional state construction supervision in case of construction, reconstruction of capital construction projects, the notice on the beginning of construction which it is received reconstruction by body of regional state construction supervision before the date of entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
