About additional measures for increase in efficiency of activities of boards of state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve:
Standard regulations of board of state body of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
Package of measures for increase in efficiency of activities of boards of state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
2. In a month to provide to heads of complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the ministries, departments and other state bodies approval of the regulations and structure of board of relevant organs of public administration, taking into account replenishment by their new members representing their structural divisions.
3. Confer the personal responsibility on heads of state bodies for timely and effective implementation of actions on increase in efficiency of activities of boards.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 19, 2017 No. 855
1. The board of state body of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - board) is permanent advisory body.
2. In the work the board is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulations on state body of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulatory legal acts.
3. The board performs the activities on the basis of the principles of legality, submission to control and accountability to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the legislation, centralization of management and collective nature.
4. The following tasks are assigned to board:
preparation and realization of the main activities of state body;
the organization of hearing on system basis of reports of heads of structural and territorial subdivisions and subordinated organizations, with taking measures to increase in the personal responsibility of heads and workers of system of state body for ensuring timely and high-quality realization of the assigned tasks determined in legal acts, acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
quarterly and system consideration of effectiveness of the course of implementation of territorial and industry programs of field of activity of state body;
