1. Approve the enclosed standard of the state service "Provision of the Academic Leaves by the Student in the Organizations of Education".

2. To department of the higher and postgraduate education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kobenova G. I.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylova B. A.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Provision of the Academic Leaves by the Student in the Organizations of Education"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Provision of the Academic Leaves by the Student in the Organizations of Education" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears the organizations of technical and professional, postsecondary, higher and postgraduate education (further - the service provider).

Documents acceptance and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) office of the service provider;

2) non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service:

1) from the date of delivery of document package to the service provider, in the State corporation in the location of the service provider - 3 (three) working days.

In case of the appeal to the State corporation day of acceptance does not enter rendering the state service in time. The service provider provides delivery of result of the state service in the State corporation, not later than days before the expiration of rendering the state service;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of documents uslugopoluchatel to the service provider - 20 (twenty) minutes, in the State corporation - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel at the service provider - 30 (thirty) minutes, in the State corporation - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

7. The state service is rendered to free of charge physical persons (further - uslugopoluchatel).

8. Working schedule:

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:30 o'clock, lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service at the service provider is performed from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock.

The state service is rendered in turn, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing;

2) the State corporation - Monday through Saturday inclusive, according to the established working schedule from 9:00 to 20:00 o'clock without interruption for lunch, except for Sundays and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1) the statement of uslugopoluchatel (or his legal representative) about provision of the academic leave addressed to the head of the organization of education in form according to appendix 1 to this standard of the state service;

2) the conclusions of the medical and advisory commission (further - VKK) under the out-patient and polyclinic organization;

for provision of the academic leave in case of disease tuberculosis lasting term no more than 36 months:
