About creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Otandastar Fund"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "Otandastar Fund" (further – society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of society ensuring support of the foreign and arrived to the Republic of Kazakhstan ethnic Kazakhs.

3. To provide to the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation forming of the authorized capital of society in the amount of 150 000 000 (hundred fifty million) tenges at the expense of means of the republican budget.

4. And sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Culture:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of society of fifty percent to the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and fifty percent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
