About the amount of ensuring fulfillment of duties of the customs representative
According to the subitem 2 of Item 1 of Article 402 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 129-9 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Determine that ensuring fulfillment of duties of the legal entity performing activities in the field of customs affairs which provision is condition of inclusion of the legal entity applying for implementation of activities as the customs representative in the register of customs representatives is provided in the amount of, equivalent at least 500 thousand euros.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017.
