Article 1

1. Approve the performance report of the budget of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (further - Fund) for 2016 with the following main indicators:

1) the total amount of budget receipts of Fund in the amount 616 414 487, 9 thousand rubles, including the interbudget transfers from the federal budget in the amount 25 031 629, 3 thousand rubles, the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in the amount 17 818 863, 0 thousand rubles, receipt in Fund of the means of the federal budget and budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund which are illegally used in 2015 in the amount of the 28th 187, 2 thousand rubles;

2) the total amount of expenses of the budget of Fund in the amount 664 897 511, 7 thousand rubles, from them at the expense of the interbudget transfers received from the federal budget in the amount 25 010 167, by 1 thousand rubles and the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in the amount 17 829 885, of 0 thousand rubles.

2. Approve total amounts of budget receipts of Fund for 2016 for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 468 859 430, of 6 thousand rubles and on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 104 735 292, of 2 thousand rubles.

3. Approve total amounts of expenses of the budget of Fund for 2016 for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 524 365 828, of 3 thousand rubles, on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 88 312 418, of 3 thousand rubles and in the amount 9 379 213, of 0 thousand rubles aimed at financial provision of expenses on provision to disabled people of technical means of rehabilitation and services, ensuring separate categories of citizens from among veterans by artificial limbs (except dentures), prosthetic and orthopedic products, including the interbudget transfer in the amount 1 671 576, of 9 thousand rubles to the federal budget on implementation of the expenses in this direction performed by subjects of the Russian Federation under agreements between federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of social protection of the population, and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation about transfer by it of the specified powers.

4. Approve the total amount of the expenses of the budget of Fund directed by Fund to execution of public normative obligations in 2016 in the amount 573 901 423, 6 thousand rubles.

5. Approve the total amount of budget deficit of Fund in the amount 48 483 023, of 8 thousand rubles, from them budget deficit of Fund for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 55 506 397, of 7 thousand rubles and surplus on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 7 043 660, of 9 thousand rubles.

Article 2

Approve the following indicators of budget implementation of Fund for 2016:

1) budget receipts of Fund for codes of classification of the income of budgets for 2016 according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) expense structure of the budget of Fund for 2016 according to appendix 2 to this Federal Law;

3) sources of internal financing of budget deficit of Fund for codes of classification of sources of financing of deficits of budgets for 2016 according to appendix 3 to this Federal Law.
