According to subitems 5) and 8) article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of forming of the database of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions and the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of exchange of information between information systems of the central executive body and the single accumulation pension fund about movements according to individual retirement accounts, and also about receivers and the sizes of retirement benefits according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to department of social security and social insurance in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in one copy of its copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in periodic printing editions and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of the database of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions and the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 5) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for forming of the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions, the database of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions (further – the database).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation) - the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for rendering the state services, services in issue of specifications on connection to networks of subjects of natural monopolies and services of subjects of the quasi-public sector according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of work on reception of applications on rendering the state services, services in issue of specifications on the connection to networks of subjects of natural monopolies, services of subjects of the quasi-public sector and issue of their results to uslugopoluchatel by the principle of "one window", and also ensuring rendering the state services electronically performing state registration of the rights to real estate in the place of its stay;

2) the automated information system (further - AIS) - the organizational ordered set it is information - the communication technologies, service personnel and technical documentation realizing certain technological actions by means of information exchange and intended for the solution of specific functional objectives;

3) the single accumulation pension fund (further - ENPF) - the legal entity performing activities for attraction of pension contributions and retirement benefits;

4) the single list of physical persons (further - ESFL) - data in AIS "OOP" on the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions;

5) personal data - the data relating to the subject of personal data determined or determined on their basis, fixed on electronic, paper and (or) other material medium;

6) compulsory pension contributions (further - OPV) - the money placed according to the Law in ENPF according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
