1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) during ten workers after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on vice-the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylova B. A.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state Service "Provision of Free Food to Separate Categories of Citizens, and also Persons Who Are under Guardianship (Guardianship) and Patronage, the Student and to Pupils of the Organizations of Technical and Professional, Postsecondary and Higher Education" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

1) office of the service provider;

2) non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation),

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider, in the State corporation - 10 calendar days;

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive, except for days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the established working schedule of the service provider from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock;

2) the State corporation - Monday through Saturday inclusive, according to the established working schedule from 9:00 till 20:00 o'clock without interruption for lunch, except for Sundays and holidays, according to the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Acceptance is performed according to the procedure of "electronic" queue, at the choice of uslugopoluchatel, without the accelerated servicing, booking of "electronic" queue by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" is possible.
