2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) during ten workers after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on vice-the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylova B. A.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Documents Acceptance on Tender on Placement of the State Educational Order on Training with Technical, Professional and Postsecondary Education"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Documents Acceptance on Tender on Placement of the State Educational Order on Training with Technical, Professional and Postsecondary Education" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears the Ministry, local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty, areas and cities of regional value (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package uslugopoluchatel in the State corporation - 10 working days;

In case of the appeal to the State corporation day of acceptance does not enter rendering the state service in time. The service provider provides delivery of result of the state service in the State corporation, not later than days before the expiration of rendering the state service

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel in the State corporation - 20 minutes;

5. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - the notification on adoption of documents for tender on placement of the state educational order on training with technical, professional and postsecondary education in the organizations of education in any form, or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 these standards.

7. The state service is rendered on free basis to legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

8. Working schedule:

1) the Working schedule of the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive, except for days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the established working schedule of the service provider from 9:00 till 17:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock.

2) in the State corporation - Monday through Saturday inclusive, according to the established working schedule from 9-00 till 20-00 o'clock without interruption for lunch, except for Sundays and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Acceptance is performed according to the procedure of "electronic" queue, at the choice of uslugopoluchatel without the accelerated servicing, possibly "booking" of electronic queue by means of the web portal of "the electronic government".

9. The list of documents for rendering the state service provided by uslugopoluchatel (or his representative by proxy) in the State corporation in case of the address:
