According to Item 226.12 of Article 226, to subitem 229.2.11 of Item 229. 2, to subitem 229.3.13 of Item 229.3 of Article 229 of the Section VI of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Procedure for release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized bank (tax receipts) issued before obtaining or import to customs area of Ukraine of light and heavy distillates, and also the liquefied gas and butane, isobutane for use as raw materials for ethylene production 1215, to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order to No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the Certificate of target use of light and heavy distillates, and also the liquefied gas and butane, isobutane as raw materials in ethylene production;

form of the certificate of payment of the amount of the excise tax calculated at the rates on finished goods (for alcoholic beverages for which production alcohol ethyl not denatured is used);

form of register of repayment of tax anticipation bills.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 17, 2012 No. 196 "About approval of forms of the Certificate of target use of light and heavy distillates as raw materials in ethylene production, Certificates of payment of the amount of the excise tax calculated at the rates on finished goods, and the Register of repayment of tax anticipation bills", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 13, 2012 for No. 390/20703.

3. To provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine M. V Is sold.
