About some questions connected with introduction in the Russian Federation of the electronic passport of the vehicle and the electronic passport of the vehicle chassis

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

the additional data having information character, specified in the Section "Other Data Having Information Character" of the electronic passport of the vehicle;

the additional data having information character, specified in the Section "Other Data Having Information Character" of the electronic passport of the vehicle chassis;

Rules of forming of the additional data having information character, specified in the Section "Other Data Having Information Character" of the electronic passport of the vehicle and the electronic passport of the vehicle chassis.

2. Determine that:

a) the term of assignment of unique number of the electronic passport of the vehicle (the electronic passport of the vehicle chassis) (further - the electronic passport) shall not exceed 24 hours after filling of all obligatory fields of Sections of the electronic passport with authorized body (organization) or organization manufacturer, included in the unified register of authorized bodies (organizations) of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and the organizations - manufacturers of vehicles (the chassis of vehicles), the self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment performing execution of passports (electronic passports) of vehicles (the chassis of vehicles), self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment (further respectively - the unified register, authorized bodies, authorized organizations, the organizations manufacturers), and confirmations of the data containing in the electronic passport by means of application of the strengthened qualified digital signature of authorized body, authorized organization or the organization manufacturer;

b) the additional data approved by paragraphs second and third Item 1 of this resolution are represented on voluntary basis taking into account provisions of the Federal Law "About Personal Data" according to the procedure, the established Rules of forming of the additional data having information character, specified in the Section "Other Data Having Information Character" of the electronic passport of the vehicle and the electronic passport of the vehicle chassis, approved by this resolution;

c) the term of the direction to the administrator of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment determined by the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 18, 2014 No. 59 "About the organization of works on preparation of documents and holding the actions necessary for introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports and about determination of the administrator of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment" (further respectively - systems of electronic passports, the administrator of systems of electronic passports), statements for modification of electronic passports by bodies, performing state registration in the Russian Federation of vehicles, after making of registration action shall not exceed 24 hours;
