About approval of form of the Certificate of results of verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine

For the purpose of application of single approach to registration of results of verification of documents on goods origin from Ukraine within the free-trade agreements signed by Ukraine with EU countries, EAST, the CIS, Georgia, Macedonia, Montenegro of the General preferential system and according to Article 45 of the Customs code of Ukraine, the procedure for verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 No. 1029, I order:

1. Approve form of the certificate of results of verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of December 17, 2003 No. 882 "About approval of form of the Act of carrying out verification of the certificate of origin from Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 2003 at No. 1234/8555.

3. To department of customs policy (Moskalenko A. P.) provide:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine M. V Is sold.
