About the organization of activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 12, 2017 No. PP-3052 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of bodies of health care" and for the purpose of enhancement of management system health care, and also further improvement of quality to the republic population provided to medical care the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. To provide to the ministry of development of information technologies and communications together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan development of the new version of the program VTEK complex based on the specification of Republican inspection of medico-social examination of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan by fund of development of information and communication technologies.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to transfer on a grant basis the program VTEK complex to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the subsequent servicing of health care by bodies, having provided at the same time its servicing before transfer to the Ministry of Health on contractual basis with financial bodies.
4. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov and Information analysis department concerning health care, ecology, environmental protections, physical culture and sport of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
